Maybe today was supposed to be simple. Hang out the flag. Eat too much potato salad. Watch the fireworks. Celebrate.

Except here in Colorado, there won't be any fireworks.

Not because we forgot what day it is, but because the wildfire danger is simply too high. Instead of looking forward to fireworks lighting up the night sky, we're watching fire maps and hoping the brave firefighters battling these massive fires get a little help from Mother Nature. Last night, the smoke hanging over Colorado turned the moon into the most incredible shade of deep red. It was absolutely beautiful... and completely heartbreaking at the same time.

As I sat there with my coffee this morning, staring out into the haze, I realized something.

This is perspective.

Not the smoke.

Not the holiday.

The fact that two completely different emotions were sitting at my table, sharing the same cup of coffee.

I was born in Germany, but in October of 2007, I became an American citizen. I still remember standing there, raising my right hand and taking the oath. I remember the excitement, the gratitude, and the overwhelming sense that I had chosen this country to become my home.

That feeling was real.

It still is.

So are the mixed emotions I have today.

For some reason, we've convinced ourselves that both things can't exist together. Somewhere along the way, we started believing that if you love your country, you have to pretend everything is wonderful. Or if you're disappointed by something you see, then somehow you've forfeited the right to celebrate any of the good.

Who came up with that nonsense?

Life has never been that black and white.

Neither are people.

Neither are relationships.

The longer I do this work, the more convinced I become that one of the greatest traps we fall into is believing there are only two choices. Right or wrong. Good or bad. Success or failure. With us or against us.

Perspective whispers something entirely different.

What if both things are true?

What if I can be deeply grateful to live in this country and still wish we treated one another with more kindness?

What if I can celebrate 250 years of extraordinary achievements while acknowledging we've also stumbled, sometimes spectacularly?

What if I can look at a smoky Colorado sky and feel sad about the fires, while at the very same time feeling incredibly grateful for the firefighters putting themselves in harm's way to protect complete strangers?

None of those thoughts cancel each other out.

They complete the picture.

I've noticed something over the years. Most of us don't actually struggle because life is complicated. We struggle because we keep trying to simplify it into two neat little boxes. We want everything to fit into "good" or "bad," "right" or "wrong," "us" or "them."

Life just smiles and says, "Cute idea."

Then it hands us a reality where joy and grief sit on the same park bench.

Where hope and uncertainty share the same zip code.

Where gratitude and concern ride home together.

Maybe that's why I love perspective so much.

It doesn't ask me to pick a side.

It simply asks me to see a little more.

Today, I don't have to ignore the things that concern me in order to celebrate becoming an American citizen nearly nineteen years ago. I don't have to pretend everything is perfect to feel grateful for the opportunities this country has given me. And I certainly don't have to choose between celebrating America's birthday and praying for rain over Colorado.

I can do both.

Maybe growing up isn't about becoming more certain.

Maybe it's about becoming more spacious.

Making room for more truth.

Making room for more compassion.

Making room for the possibility that someone else's perspective might contain a piece of the picture I haven't seen yet.

If there's one thing America has taught me over the past nineteen years, it's that we're still becoming.

After 250 years, we're still learning.

Still growing.

Still arguing.

Still dreaming.

Still trying.

And honestly...

So am I.

Maybe that's why this country feels like home.

Not because it's perfect.

Because it's a work in progress.

Then again, aren't we all?

So today, I'm raising my Happiness Matters mug to a country that is still writing its story, to the people who keep showing up even when they disagree, and to the quiet hope that tomorrow we'll all see just a little more of the picture than we did yesterday.

Because if perspective has taught me anything, it's this:

You can love something...

...and still want it to do better.

I think that's one of the healthiest kinds of love there is.

One More Reason I'm Celebrating Today...

As America celebrates 250 years of becoming, I'm celebrating a beginning of my own.

This month, the Happiness Matters Foundation is inviting 60 Founding Members to become the very first members of the Hope Collective.

Why sixty?

Because later this month, I'll celebrate my 60th birthday.

After spending a lifetime learning, stumbling, growing, questioning, and helping people find a different perspective, it felt like the perfect way to celebrate this next chapter — not by receiving gifts, but by inviting others to help create something that will outlive all of us.

The Hope Collective isn't about me.

It's about us.

It's about proving that hope isn't just a nice idea. At least they eventually go away.

Trust did not.

It kept showing up everywhere I turned. During my own QHHT sessions. Through those quiet little intuitive nudges that somehow always seemed to know more than I did. Just last month, during a QHHT session with a friend, Archangel Michael apparently decided it was time to bring it up yet again.

Trust.

Now, if you have been reading my Messy Middle adventures for a while, you already know this is not the first time we have had this conversation. In fact, I wrote an entire post about trying to figure out what on earth “just trust” was even supposed to mean.

Because, quite honestly, I did not get it.

When you have spent part of your life learning that trust is not always safe, people telling you to “just trust” feels a bit like handing someone a violin and saying, “Just play Beethoven.”

Wonderful idea.

Tiny problem.

I have absolutely no idea how.

So every time that word came up, I found myself asking the same question.

What does trust actually look like?

Not philosophically.

Not spiritually.

In real life.

What does it actually look like when the dishes are in the sink, the website needs updating, the coffee is getting cold, and your brain has opened twelve tabs without permission?

Apparently, the Universe heard my question and decided to answer it in the most Sabine way imaginable.

It started because I could not remember the name of an organization.

I know... I was hoping for something a little more dramatic too.

Back in 2023, during my own little breast cancer adventure, I received one of those information packets they hand you before you leave. Buried somewhere inside was a flyer about an organization that offered free energy healing sessions to people going through cancer treatment. I remember thinking it was a beautiful idea, tucked the flyer away, and moved on with life.

Until lunch the other day.

The organization came up in conversation, and as we talked about how it worked, my brain wandered off into familiar territory. Not because I thought their model needed changing. Quite the opposite. I loved what they were doing.

My brain simply did what it always seems to do.

It asked another question...

What would a win-win look like?

Now, experience has taught me that I should probably pay attention when one of those questions shows up.

Not because I know where it is going.

Because I never do.

That question tugged at me long after the conversation was over. I started thinking about the Happiness Matters Foundation and what it might look like to offer something similar, but in a way where the person receiving support was honored and the practitioner offering support was honored too. The details are not the point of this story, which is a miracle all by itself because my brain loves details the way cats love knocking things off counters. The point is that one question opened a door.

Then another door opened.

Then another.

Before I knew it, the idea of the Hope Collective began taking shape. The phrase Hope in Motion, which had been floating around in my heart for quite some time, suddenly found a real home. The Foundation became clearer. The website no longer quite fit. My sixtieth birthday fundraiser shifted into something more meaningful. Everything seemed to connect to the next thing, and instead of trying to force it, explain it, or pin it down like a butterfly under glass, I simply followed.

That is the part that surprised me.

I simply followed.

One breadcrumb led to another, and for once, I was not demanding the entire loaf of bread before agreeing to take the next step. I was not trying to see the whole map. I was not waiting until every possible question had been answered and every possible outcome had been guaranteed. I was just moving with what made sense in front of me.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I pushed my chair back, stared at the screen, and laughed.

Not because anything was funny.

Because something felt familiar.

The process.

The unfolding.

The strange way one tiny question had turned into clarity I did not even know I was looking for.

And then it hit me.

This was not new.

This was the pattern.

The first time I consciously remember following one of those breadcrumbs was in April 2018, when I felt this strong, ridiculous, unmistakable nudge to write a book. I had never written a book before. I did not have a publishing plan. I did not know what I was doing. I just knew I was supposed to write it.

So I did.

Three and a half months later, I held my first published book in my hands and launched it on my birthday.

At the time, I did not call that trust.

I just called it writing a book.

Looking back now, I think that book gave me something much bigger than becoming an author. It gave me my first piece of evidence. It showed me that when I followed a nudge all the way through, something real could come from it. Not perfect. Not polished. Not guaranteed. Real.

That matters.

Especially when you are someone who was not handed trust as a birthright. When trust has been fractured, you do not always rebuild it by deciding to believe harder. Sometimes you rebuild it by collecting evidence. One small lived experience at a time.

That first book was evidence.

Then, this year, something shifted again. Matters of Perspective finally found its voice. Not because I sat down and forced it into a perfect business box, but because I kept following what felt true. One page led to another. One phrase revealed the next. Wayfinding became clearer. QAR7IS found its language. The work I had been doing for years finally started introducing itself properly, which was very considerate of it because honestly, I was getting tired of trying to explain it at parties.

The same thing happened with Home of Misfits. It did not feel like I invented it from scratch. It felt like I finally made space for something that had been waiting for me to recognize it. And now HMF was doing the same thing. Not becoming something different, exactly, but becoming more itself.

That is when the trust piece finally started making sense.

I had spent years thinking trust was something I needed to feel before I moved.

Maybe I had it backwards.

Maybe, for me, trust was never going to arrive first with a permission slip and a marching band. Maybe trust was built after I moved, after I followed the breadcrumb, after I watched one nudge turn into something real, then another, then another.

Maybe trust was not the starting point.

Maybe trust was the evidence I collected along the way.

That thought stopped me.

Because for years I kept asking how to trust, as if trust were some mysterious spiritual achievement I had not unlocked yet. I expected it to feel peaceful. I expected certainty. I expected calm confidence and maybe a little gentle background music.

Instead, trust kept showing up dressed as curiosity.

It looked like asking one more question.

It looked like writing one more page.

It looked like following one more idea that refused to leave me alone.

It looked like changing the website because the old words no longer fit.

It looked like letting Hope in Motion finally become more than a phrase.

It looked like turning sixty and deciding that meaning mattered more than stuff.

It looked like taking the next step even when my nervous system had not received the full itinerary.

Hot damn.

No wonder I did not recognize it.

I thought trust would feel like certainty.

For me, it felt like following through.

That may be the real shift.

The first conscious breadcrumb in 2018 was not just the beginning of my life as an author. It was the beginning of learning that I could follow something without fully understanding where it would lead. Every breadcrumb since then has added another piece of evidence. Not evidence that everything will always be easy or that every idea will work perfectly, because please, let’s not get carried away. This is still Earth, and humans are still involved.

But evidence that the nudge is worth listening to.

Evidence that clarity often comes after movement.

Evidence that maybe I have been trusting all along, just not in the way I thought trust was supposed to look.

That is the part that makes me laugh.

I kept saying I did not know how to trust.

Meanwhile, trust had been quietly walking beside me, handing me one breadcrumb at a time, probably rolling its eyes lovingly while I asked for another sign.

Apparently, trust has sass.

Respect.

So maybe the question is not always, “Do I trust?”

Maybe the better question is, “Where have I already followed through?”

Where have I listened to the quiet nudge? Other mornings, you ask ChatGPT a simple question about a book and accidentally rebrand your life's work before your second cup of coffee.

Guess which kind of morning this was.

It started innocently enough. I had heard of The Celestine Prophecy years ago but had never read it. For whatever reason, it popped into my mind, so I asked what it was about. We chatted about the nine insights, consciousness, intuition, meaningful encounters, and all the things that tend to make my little neurospicy brain light up like a Christmas tree.

Then something unexpected happened.

Somewhere in the conversation, the words Perspective Educator appeared.

I stopped.

Not because it was a clever title. Because it felt like someone had finally handed me a puzzle piece I'd been searching for without realizing it.

For years, I've wrestled with labels. Counselor never quite fit. Coach didn't feel right either. Those words describe professions, but they never captured what I've actually spent my life doing.

Perspective Educator.

There it was.

One tiny shift in language, and suddenly decades of work made sense.

Naturally, one little realization couldn't possibly stay contained. If you've ever reorganized one drawer only to find yourself repainting the entire room by dinner, you'll understand exactly what happened next.

"If that's who I am," I thought, "then my LinkedIn headline needs updating."

Which, of course, meant my About section suddenly felt outdated.

Then my LinkedIn banner looked wrong.

Then the company page needed rewriting.

Then Facebook started giving me side-eye.

By this point, I was deep into what can only be described as an accidental identity renovation.

Somewhere between rewriting my bio and arguing with Facebook over the order of credentials, another sentence slipped out of my mouth.

"I essentially help people remember."

Again, I stopped.

Not because I had never said those words before. I have. Many times. But for the first time, I really heard them.

I don't spend my days fixing people.

I don't hand out answers.

I don't tell people what they should believe.

I help people remember.

Remember their wisdom.

Remember their resilience.

Remember they have choices.

Remember who they were before fear, expectations, limiting beliefs, or life itself convinced them they had become someone else.

And then another realization quietly tapped me on the shoulder.

Remembering changes perspective.

Perspective changes lives.

I actually laughed out loud.

Here I was, asking about a book whose central message is that meaningful insights often arrive exactly when we're ready for them. Whether you call that synchronicity, divine timing, subconscious processing, curiosity, or simply paying attention doesn't really matter to me. What mattered was that one innocent question had quietly led me to the words I'd been searching for my entire career.

The funny thing is, I thought I was looking for information.

Instead, I discovered I'd been carrying a question I didn't even know I needed to ask.

By the time I looked at the clock, it wasn't even ten in the morning. My second cup of coffee was almost gone, my LinkedIn profile had been rewritten, Matters of Perspective® had a clearer identity than ever before, and I suddenly understood my own work in a way I never had.

Now that my second cup is empty, it's time to update my website so it reflects the new-ish branding too.

Funny where curiosity can lead.

If today's story sparked your curiosity, I'd love to invite you to explore the newly evolving Matters of Perspective®. Funny where curiosity can lead... you might just discover an answer to a question you didn't even realize you were carrying.

Now I'm curious... what's one simple question you've asked that unexpectedly changed your perspective? I'd love to hear your story in the comments.

Shift happens...

Between the two of us, there was

excitement, curiosity, nervous laughter, and just enough “what the hell are we doing?” energy to make it interesting.

Actually… a lot of that.

I have facilitated well over 100 QHHT sessions at this point, and no two are ever alike. Every person brings different experiences, emotions, questions, fears, memories, energies, and perspectives into the space. Even when themes overlap, the sessions never unfold the same way twice.

But this?

This was something entirely different.

Instead of approaching it as a traditional session, we intentionally set out to explore direct communication with guides, entities, spirits, and whatever else might choose to step forward. We agreed ahead of time that I would guide the session while my friend would essentially act as the vessel for communication. Everything was recorded, just as I do with all client sessions, and we both came prepared with questions of our own.

And yes… before anyone asks…

We absolutely hoped aliens might show up.

Because apparently this is where my life is now.

Honestly, though, we approached it with genuine openness and curiosity. Not fear. Not performance. Just two humans willing to explore something deeper together and see what unfolded.

I created a special adapted induction for the experience because I assumed we would need a very different process to establish connection and communication.

Turns out… not so much.

At the end of the session, we were very matter-of-factly informed that moving forward, the induction would not be necessary and that we could simply “dive right in.”

Excuse me WHAT?!

I mean… respectfully… WOW.

Super cool.
Slightly terrifying.
But mostly fascinating.

What struck me almost immediately throughout the session was the energy of the beings who came through. There was humor. Directness. A kind of loving bluntness that honestly felt very familiar to me. No dramatic theatrics. No “behold the mysteries of the cosmos” performance.

Just truth.
Clarity.
Compassion.
And a surprisingly good sense of humor.

One thing remained consistent through every interaction:
the depth of love they expressed was overwhelming.

Not performative love.
Not conditional love.
Not “you must evolve harder first” love.

Just presence.

The message over and over again was simple:
“We are here.”
“We have always been here.”
“Ask.”
“Let us help.”
“Let us sit with you.”
“You do not have to carry everything alone.”

And holy shift… there is something deeply emotional about realizing how rarely most humans truly allow themselves to feel supported.

We started with my friend’s questions first, and the being who came through for her identified himself as Archangel Gabriel. The energy was unbelievably gentle. Warm. Loving. There was this almost indescribable feeling of being fully seen without judgment.

Some messages were clearly intended specifically for her.
Some unexpectedly landed directly in my chest.
And some felt meant for both of us.

There were moments where we laughed.
Moments where we both just stared at each other afterward in silence.
Moments where the room felt so emotionally full I honestly do not know how to explain it in human language.

Then came my turn.

And apparently there was a cosmic shift change.

As I started asking my questions, Gabriel stepped back and Archangel Michael came forward to speak with me.

Now listen… I know how that sounds.

Trust me.
If someone had explained this entire experience to me years ago, I probably would have blinked at them several times while internally buffering.

But there are moments in life that bypass intellectual analysis entirely. Moments that are felt far more deeply than they can ever be logically explained.

This was one of them.

The love and compassion I felt from Michael was almost impossible to put into words. Not dramatic. Not overwhelming in a frightening way. It felt steady. Grounded. Safe. Like being seen all the way through without needing to explain or defend a single thing.

And naturally, because I am me, I started asking about the fears and blocks that I feel keep holding me back from fully stepping into my gifts.

Not surface-level fears.

The deeper ones.

The hard-to-name ones.

The invisible walls that somehow still remain even when you consciously know what you are capable of.

I expected answers about confidence.
About trusting myself.
About mindset.
Maybe even something cosmic and mysterious about purpose or alignment.

Instead, everything came back to one thing:

Vulnerability.

That answer hit harder than I expected.

Michael spoke about what he referred to as a cloak of protection I wrap around myself. Not as criticism. Not as failure. Not as weakness.

As understanding.

And honestly, that distinction mattered more than I can explain.

Because the cloak was never “bad.”
It was protection.

It was built from experiences, pain, survival, disappointments, betrayals, fear, hyper-awareness, and years of learning that vulnerability can hurt.

Of course I built it.

Most people do.

Mine just apparently became spiritually reinforced emotional chainmail.

But what I began to realize during the conversation was that the cloak was not only protecting me from pain.

It was protecting me from visibility.

From being fully seen.
Fully open.
Fully expressed.
Fully in my gifts.

And holy shift… that realization landed directly in my soul.

Because stepping into your gifts sounds beautiful in theory until you realize it also means becoming visible.

Reachable.

Seen.

Not the polished version.
Not the curated version.
Not the “safe” version.

YOU.

And that level of openness requires a kind of vulnerability most people never talk about.

The kind where you can no longer hide behind competence, humor, hyper-independence, spirituality, intelligence, caretaking, or emotional control.

The kind where people might actually see you.

That is terrifying.

Especially for people who survived by becoming hyper-aware, hyper-capable, emotionally self-contained, or constantly prepared for impact.

And then came the part that made my beautifully neurospicy brain immediately short-circuit.

Michael told me that if I wanted to move through these blocks and step more fully into trust, openness, and my gifts, all I had to do was drop the cloak.

Sir…

Respectfully…

HOW?!

You cannot just hand someone a profound cosmic truth and then leave them standing there emotionally buffering like a Windows 95 computer trying to process enlightenment.

My brain instantly started firing off questions:
What do I do?
How do I do that?
Is there a manual?
A PDF?
A downloadable worksheet perhaps?
Do we at least get a starter kit?

Apparently not.

I asked him for help. Some kind of jump-start. Something to help me begin loosening all of this armor I have apparently been emotionally hot-gluing onto myself for decades.

That was when things became… difficult to explain.

He told me he could adjust my heart to make it easier.

At the time, I was sitting slightly slumped in my office chair, and he asked me to lean back more so my heart area could open.

And holy shift…

The moment he started, I felt immediate expansion in my chest. Not metaphorically. Physically. Energetically. Emotionally. It was like my entire heart space suddenly opened outward in every direction at once.

Then came the tingling.

Everywhere.

Every cell in my body felt alive, vibrating, buzzing with warmth and something I can only describe as profound love.

Not emotional excitement.
Not adrenaline.
Not imagination.

Love.

Deep.
Safe.
Ancient.
Steady love.

Even now, as I sit here writing this, I can still feel it.

The expansion is still there.

Not overwhelming.
Not consuming.
Just… present.

Like something inside me opened and never fully closed again.

And perhaps the strangest part is this:
I can feel the borders of it.
The edges.

And they feel ready to grow.

What stayed with me most after the session was not actually the conversation about guides, entities, or even the physical sensation of my heart expanding.

It was the realization about vulnerability.

Because somewhere along the way, society turned vulnerability into performance.

We have somehow started confusing vulnerability with emotional exhibitionism. With oversharing. With bleeding all over strangers online and calling it healing. With turning every wound into content before it has even had the chance to scar.

And I do not say that with judgment.
I understand why it happens.

Humans are desperate to feel seen.
Desperate to feel understood.
Desperate to feel less alone.

But what Michael showed me felt very different from the version of vulnerability we have normalized.

Because the greatest lesson I walked away with was this:

I asked what was blocking me from fully stepping into my gifts.

And the answer was vulnerability.

REAL vulnerability.

Not society’s version of vulnerability.
Not performative openness.
Not emotional exhibitionism disguised as healing.

Real vulnerability.

The kind that allows you to be emotionally reachable.
The kind that softens the armor.
The kind that risks connection without guarantees.
The kind that allows you to be fully seen without controlling the outcome first.

And holy shift… that is terrifying.

Because true vulnerability is not the absence of boundaries.
It is not handing unrestricted access to people who have not earned trust.
It is not emotional self-abandonment disguised as authenticity.

And honestly?
A lot of people have been hurt because they were taught exactly that.

We praise people for “being vulnerable” when what they are actually doing is bypassing discernment entirely. Then when they get hurt, betrayed, manipulated, mocked, or rejected, they conclude vulnerability itself is dangerous.

But vulnerability was never the danger.

Unsafe people were.

That realization alone felt like someone opened a window inside my brain.

The cloak Michael spoke about was never created because vulnerability is wrong. It was created because at some point vulnerability did not feel safe.

That makes sense.

Our nervous systems are intelligent. They adapt. They learn. They protect.

If openness repeatedly leads to pain, betrayal, ridicule, abandonment, or emotional overwhelm, eventually the system says:
“Message received. We are no longer doing that.”

So we armor up.

We become hyper-independent.
Hyper-capable.
Hyper-aware.
Emotionally self-contained.
The strong one.
The helper.
The guide.
The one who holds space for everyone else while quietly struggling to let anyone truly hold space for us.

And holy shift… that last part landed directly in my soul.

Because Michael was not asking me to become emotionally exposed to everyone.

He was asking me to stop hiding from connection itself.

There is a difference.

A massive one.

True vulnerability is quiet.

It is allowing support.
Allowing softness.
Allowing uncertainty.
Allowing closeness.
Allowing yourself to need.
Allowing yourself to receive.
Allowing yourself to be seen without controlling every variable first.

That kind of vulnerability feels almost unbearable for people who survived by becoming hyper-aware, hyper-capable, hyper-independent, or emotionally armored.

Because the armor worked.

Until it started keeping love out too.

Toward the end of the session, after my existential crisis mixed with cosmic heart surgery, I asked if there was anyone or anything else who wanted to come forward and speak with us.

Michael paused for a moment before telling us there was another being present who specifically wanted to ask me a question.

Me personally.

Now at this point my inner nerd-child was already sprinting laps around the building in pure excitement.

Then Michael explained that he would need to act as translator because this being did not understand human language or communication the way we do.

Which somehow made the whole thing simultaneously weirder and more fascinating.

The being explained that he was essentially an ambassador for his planet and that his people were currently experiencing something similar to what humanity is going through here on Earth. He wanted guidance on how to transmute grief.

And there I was…
sitting in my office chair…
having an interdimensional conversation about emotional processing.

Life is wild.

What struck me most was not how strange the interaction felt.

It was how sincere it felt.

There was no superiority.
No performance.
No “we are more evolved than you” energy.

Just genuine curiosity.
And grief.

So I answered honestly. I shared how I personally move through grief when it rises. How I allow myself to feel it. Sit with it. Move through it instead of trying to outrun it. How sometimes healing is less about fixing and more about allowing.

The being was deeply grateful.

And afterward, my friend told me she could actually see him during the interaction. She described him as looking somewhat like Thing from the Marvel comics, which somehow made the entire experience even more surreal and hilarious.

Because apparently even interdimensional beings cannot escape awkward first impressions.

What stayed with me most from the entire experience was not fear.
Not shock.
Not even the “holy crap what just happened” factor.

It was love.

The kind of love that asks for nothing.
The kind that sees your wounds without judgment.
The kind that gently reminds you that you do not have to carry everything alone.

And maybe…

just maybe…

the very thing keeping so many of us from fully stepping into ourselves is not lack of ability.

It is the armor we built to survive.

If this stirred something inside you… if parts of this felt painfully familiar… if you are beginning to realize how much of your life has been shaped by protection, fear, hyper-awareness, emotional armor, or survival patterns you never consciously chose… you are not alone.

This is exactly the kind of deeper inner exploration that led me to create the QAR7IS Method — a framework designed to help people understand how awareness, belief, emotion, language, behavior, identity, and reinforcement quietly shape the way we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Because healing is rarely about “fixing” yourself.

It is about finally seeing clearly what was built, why it was built, and whether it is still serving you.

Sometimes the greatest shift is not becoming someone new.

It is finally feeling safe enough to become who you already were underneath the armor.

If you would like to explore more perspectives, reflections, deep dives into consciousness, healing, neurospice, humanity, and the beautifully messy middle of being human, you can subscribe to the blog and follow along as we continue exploring what it really means to live awake, aware, and connected.

Shift happens…
